She is looking evilly at Mickey and pulls Pluto out.    We see Pluto at the centre of the pin.   He is being pulled out of the elevator by Cruella. He looks scared and has his paws wrapped around Mickey.   We see Mickey Mouse at the right of the pin.   He is holding on to Pluto with his dear life!
