It features Ezra, one of the "hitchhiking ghosts", from the Haunted Mansion ride.
His right hand is up with the thumb sticking out in a typical hitchhiking pose.
The pin is made up of shades of light blue enamel primarily. He is holding his hat up with his left arm.
There is a "Hidden Mickey" icon on the lower right side, his left leg.
The back of the pin reads “Cast Lanyard Series”.
Note: Common fake.
