Description
This pin features Pinocchio in a puppet show with Stromboli moving two girl puppets in the background. There is a lever at the bottom that moves Pinocchio’s arms when pulled, which is a pin-on-pin. Pinocchio and the girl puppets are on a stage with a brown curtain behind them. Stromboli is peeking over the top of the pin controlling the girl puppets.
The backing card is yellow and the border is black with yellow Mickey heads inside. It says “Epcot presents Disney’s Pin Celebration Pins Around Our World August 9-12 2001” at the top and puppet pin in an oval. At the bottom is says “Stromboli”.
This pin was released in Epcot during the pin celebration which the theme for the year was Pins Around Our World.
The event took place August 9-12th 2001.
