This pin features both Donald Duck and Pluto and it is part of the Disney pirates starter set.  
In the middle more towards the left is a white crow's nest or the lookout point on a ship. In the crow's nest is Donald and Pluto.  Pluto is on the bottom with his head sticking through the bars on the right side of the pin.  He is wearing his collar, but also has on a green bandana, red sash, and both his ears have circular earrings on them.  Above him is Donald who is dressed as Will Turner from Pirates of the Caribbean.

He is wearing a grey/green long-sleeved shirt, brown vest, and has a brown belt with a silver buckle on.  In his left hand he is holding a black and blue telescope which he is looking through with his left eye.  His head is facing towards the left and so is the telescope.  His right hand is wrapped around the pole of the crow's nest, holding on.  Also wrapped around the pole is a brown rope.  The background is a baby blue sky with two clouds, one to the left/behind Donald and the other above Pluto's head.
