This pin features Pete and Mickey Mouse and is part of the Disney pirates starter set.
Pete takes up most of the pin and he is dressed as Captain Blackbeard from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean.  He is wearing a black jacket and hat, brown boots, and has on a fake black beard.  In his right hand he is holding a long sword that is pointed to towards the upper right of the pin.  In his left hand he is holding up Mickey who is dressed as Jack Sparrow from the same movie.

Mickey is wearing a red bandana, brown boots, beige shirt and pants or trousers, and a blue vest.  In Mickey's right hand he is holding a smaller sword which is hitting the end of Pete's sword.  Pete's body is facing towards the left, and Mickey is being held on the right side of the pin.  Pete is standing on a brown dock that starts at the bottom left of the pin and ends towards the middle of the pin.  The bottom half of the pin surrounding the dock is a purple sea with some waves.  The upper half of the pin has a dark blue sky with a full moon some what covered by some clouds. All the way on the left is also dark blue trees and bushes in a clump.  Behind Pete is a black pole and flag that has a skull and crossbones on it, the classic pirates symbol, that reaches the top left of the pin.
