At the top left of the pin there is a blue sorcerer hat. Featured on the pin a piece of the Evil Queen's Magic Mirror in purple and gold.
The rear of the pin is gold and has impressed mickey heads. "Limited Release, Pin Trading. Limited Release 5 of 6 © Disney Made in China" is written on the back of the pin. There is a Disney Pin Trading Logo on the reverse of the pin and 13 Reflections of Evil logo. The pin has one post and two nubs on the reverse.
