The pin is a part of the Disneyland Resorts "Memories of 2005" series.  It has a pin on pin design.  It looks like a photograph in an album.    This pin is the form of a rectangle.   On this pin you will find Disneyland Resort, King Arthur Carrousel. “Memories 2005” is written at the top of the pin in gold  white background  with “Disneyland” in red on a white background on the bottom.  
Cinderella is featured on this pin. We see Cinderella wearing a light blue dress.   She seems to be enjoying her carousel ride.  

Located at the centre of the pin, there is a white horse.

The reverse  of the pin is gold and is impressed with waffle.  On the back of the pin it reads “Official Pin trading 2005 © Disney China limited edition 1000”.  There is a Disney Pin Trading Logo on the rear of the pin.  One post and one nub can be found on the back of the pin.  The back of this pin has two rivets.
