This cast-exclusive award pin was given to those employed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge on a backer card that has white and light blue clouds in the shape of Mickey Mouse's head. The backer card is bordered in purple with purple Mickey Mouse silhouette heads in each corner. The backer card reads, "We finished another summer of making dreams come true. We know the key to our success is when each and every one of us works together as a team to make a difference. Please accept this Cast-exclusive pin as a thank you for all of your hard work."
