Angelique Roche, Producer, President of Marvel Studios and Chief Creative Officer of Marvel Kevin Feige, EVP of Production at Marvel Studios Victoria Alonso, Executive Producer Brad Winderbaum, and Co-Producer Brian Chapek attended the Black Widow World Premiere Fan Event at Dolby Theatre on June 29, 2021, in Los Angeles, California.
For this particular premiere, as opposed to most others, some of the stars appeared via Zoom due to the 2020/21 pandemic and it also was held at 4 locations around the world on the same date, New York, London, Melbourne, and Hollywood. It is not know whether or not these pins were available at the New York or Melbourne events as they traditionally originated from the Hollywood and London premieres for prior Disney film releases.

For those that are not familiar with these Global Premiere Security pins, at each red carpet event security personnel are given this pin to identify them. I have been told that not all security personnel get pin however, so the total edition size of these pins remains decidedly small.
