Bonnie's mother works as a receptionist at Sunnyside Daycare and is a family friend of Andy's. In Small Fry, she brings Bonnie to Poultry Palace, a fast food chicken restaurant, where they unintentionally leave with the wrong Buzz Lightyear toy. She and Bonnie are staying at a motel in Toy Story of Terror!, and she phones the cops to have the manager arrested after discovering he has been stealing toys from customers to sell online. She also appears in Toy Story 4 as a character.
