Bulda is a minor character in Disney's animated feature film Frozen (2013) and its sequel Frozen 2 (2019). She is a female troll who is Kristoff's adoptive mother. Bulda first appears in the film in the opening, when King Agnarr and Queen Iduna race to help Anna after she is struck by Elsa's ice powers. Bulda adopts a young Kristoff and Sven when they arrive at the scene. Bulda appears later in the film, during the "Fixer Upper" music scene and the second meeting with the trolls. Bulda, along with the other female trolls, mistake Anna for Kristoff's girlfriend and help her dress in her troll wedding outfit.
