Description

He is portrayed as an obese man who appears in a television show against Thunderbolt that the Dalmatian pups watch before going to bed. Patch attentively observes him and sneers at him, calling him a "old yellow-livered skunk," as Thunderbolt, his idol, engages in combat with him.
