The Walt Disney Company created Donald Fauntleroy Duck as a cartoon character in 1934. Donald is a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet anthropomorphic white duck. He usually sports a sailor shirt and cap, as well as a bow tie. Donald is known for his stuttering speech and mischievous, volatile, and pretentious demeanor. Donald was named to TV Guide's list of the 50 best cartoon characters of all time in 2002, alongside his pal Mickey Mouse, and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He has appeared in more Disney films than any other character, and he is the most widely published comic book character outside of the superhero genre in the world.
