Spooky, also referred to as Experiment 300, is a character from the Lilo & Stitch series. He is an illicit genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba. He was the 300th genetic experiment Jumba had funded on behalf of Hämsterviel. He was made to transform into his victims' greatest fears in order to terrify them. His glowing green eyes and roaring voice are how he transforms into his worst nightmares, a feature that is meant to frighten people into surrender. Scaring Halloween trick-or-treaters and spending the rest of the year haunting the old, abandoned mansion are his true places.
