Felix (also known as Experiment 010 and Oscar) is a character in the Lilo & Stitch franchise and an illicit genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba. He is programmed to clean and sanitize everything that comes into contact with him. However, because he couldn't distinguish the difference between dirt and living things due to a programming mistake, he mistook all live beings for huge filthy germs that needed to be sterilized until Jumba temporarily reprogrammed him as a dirt freak. Gantu kidnapped him, but he was rescued in "Snafu."
