Tippingdale "Tippi" Dink, also known as Mayor Tippi Dink, is a character from the Doug's 1st Movie. She was voiced by Doris Belack. She plays the sardonic, usually boring, but amiable and well-intentioned wife of Bud Dink in the television series Doug. She won Bob White's mayoral race near the conclusion of the Nickelodeon series. She carried on in the Disney series in this role, which lowered her sarcasm.
